fresh from the bengal stripe’s mouth: levi’s are releasing a new version of their 511 jean and calling it the “commuter.”  aimed at the cycling community, the “commuter” jeans feature a waistband for u-lock storage, higher back rise, and a nanosphere technology that makes them water and stain resistant.  they also have reflective tape on the cuff – giving them higher visibility.  all of those things sound great, but i’m not a biker.  i just think they look cool.
